As can be seen from our ratings, Alexa was exceptional in every category. She was timely in apprising us of listings, always prompt in responding to questions, creative in discovering homes not yet on the market, informative about Doylestown restaurants, businesses, banks, etc. that made our transition from out of state easier and, most importantly, provided guidance in assessing where we wanted to live, what kind of home we wanted, and why we wanted it. She did not simply show us properties but asked questions leading us to reflect on whether they would work for us. On several occasions she had reservations about a particular property we were ready to purchase and, after weighing her comments, we came to see she was right. So, our "testimonial" goes well beyond helping us find a new home. It entails her generosity and wisdom in helping shape our lives in a new community we are eager to join.

Alexa worked with us for over 2 years while we were living out of state. She went and saw multiple houses for us, toured us around Doylestown on one of our reconnaissance missions, and we hugely helpful putting us in touch with people who helped us get to know the community. My wife and I were first time home buyers and contracted with Alexa in helping us find our dream home. Alexa definitely thinks outside the box in locating homes to consider. We ended up purchasing a home that wasn't currently on the market but with Alexa's knowledge of the area and having a great network of people, she found that the eventual seller was considering putting the house on the market and persuaded the seller to allow us to look at it. She helped us come up with an offer price and worked with us on the negotiation. Alexa also had great mortgage lending and homeowner insurance recommendations. I hold Alexa in the highest regard and have been sending potential buyers and sellers her way!

Alexa was very helpful with a sometimes difficult process/negotiation to purchase our home. She was excellent with researching things for us, getting answers to our questions and made great recommendations for inspectors etc. She was very accommodating to meet us and inspectors multiple times during the process and did everything to ensure our comfort level throughout the buying process. I would use Alexa again in a heartbeat!

After our first interview, I could tell that Alexa had a deep knowledge of the neighborhood because she lives close by and knew many people in our area. Most importantly, Alexa gave us the sense that she put our interests first, even ahead of her own.
