Regardless of benefits or how a client finds us, the role of the Relocation Director at Coldwell Banker Hearthside is to be the go-to person and additional support provider for the consumer and their agent. Kellie follows each move from conception to closing, providing guidance and oversight throughout the relocation process and communicating with relocation companies and other vendor partners as needed.

With over 20 years of real estate and relocation experience, Kellie has an expert-level understanding of the corporate relocation process and specializes in navigating the intersection of real estate transactions, relocation program requirements, and federal tax laws governing compliant home sale programs. She works closely with assigned real estate agents, providing active oversight, guidance, and support to help ensure transactions are handled in accordance with corporate relocation policies, program requirements, and applicable IRS guidelines. Her experience as a destination service provider adds another level of support for relocating clients, providing guidance beyond the real estate transaction and helping clients become familiar with their new community and navigate the many details involved in a successful relocation.

Kellie is a member of local, national, and global relocation councils. Her professional designations include Senior Global Destination Specialist (SGDS), Global Mobility Specialist (GMS), At Home with Diversity (AHWD), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), and gCertified for government-sponsored moves.
