Christine’s responsiveness, forward thinking , attention to detail, organization and industry know how made the process of selling our house so much easier than we ever dreamed it could be. She told us exactly what we had to do to get our home ready to sell, and with that, we were under contract in a day and a half with multiple offers over asking price. We felt we had a true advocate from start through closing and even beyond. So grateful to have had Christine as our agent!

Christine is AMAZING! This was a challenging sale but Christine pulled it off and got us multiple offers above our expected price in less than a week! We inherited the house and live far out-of-state, and there was a lot of work to do to get the house ready for market. Christine did a great job of personally helping us solicit bids and coordinate communication with the HOA as well as the work of multiple contractors so everything was done quickly and done well. We got her expertise and full attention on the project, as opposed to it being delegated to an agent's assistant. After we accepted an offer, a powerful storm hit the area and the house suffered storm damage. Christine negotiated a fair deal with the buyer to repair the damage. In summary, Christine personally ensured a smooth and rapid sale at a great price. We highly recommend her!!!

Our property listing was a little complex because the land was under a conservation easement, the house was pretty outdated, and neither my sister or I live conveniently close by. But Christine was all over it. She drove the entire process and kept us all on pace to get the house spruced up and on the market quickly, with 4 viable offers within 4 days of its officially being listed (and it was listed several days earlier than the planned target date). She had a lot of vision for what the house and property would mean to prospective buyers and really played up its best attributes. Settlement was last week!

Christine’s expertise was invaluable in getting us a full price offer sight unseen the same day as our listing went active. She helped us stage our home for maximum appeal and had a fantastic set of photos and video tour posted on line. In addition, she kept us up to date through the inspection and appraisal process right through a very smooth closing. I would highly recommend Christine if you want to sell your home

We met Christine over a year ago at an Open House. We were renting a townhome and did not have a realtor working for us at the time but knew instantly that Christine was a perfect fit. My wife and I have been house hunting on and off for several years. It wasn’t until we started working with Christine Manion of the Scott Irvin Real Estate Group that things progressed with the search. She had an instant connection with my wife and was able to zero in on exactly what my wife was looking for. It wasn’t long before we found the house of our dreams. Christine was with us every step of the way. She arranged all of the inspections and even recommend a couple of others which proved invaluable. Christine got in touch with us based on an internet search for Bucks County real estate. When we sat at the closing table every professional in the room said that this was the longest close they have ever been through! That was both because of the challenges with a historic home/sellers and because of our own challenges. Christine was a champion throughout. Through every phase she was readily available, insightful and leveraged an extensive network to help us through discovery and all the twists and turns of the deal.
