the newest team member of The Eric Rothenberger Team at Coldwell Banker
Hearthside is thrilling for me. My team is prideful and experienced it’s really
a privilege to join them. I bring to the team over 22 years of customer service
& management experience as well as being native to the Lehigh Valley,
Montgomery County and everything in-between. I do differ slightly from typical
Realtor’s because my thoughts on the home buying process is that it should be
fun and exciting not stressful at all. My approach is to take what my client’s
needs and desire then turn it into my own and use that to begin the process of
“property shopping”. I treat the experience like as if I was shopping for
myself. I tell my clients that my roll is to take care of all the hassle that
comes with home buying, and I enjoy doing so. I remind them that they’re roll
is to reap the all the benefits and gain a lifetime of memories or finical
stability.
