The Relocation Network: Kellie Mitchell The role of The Relocation Network Director at Coldwell Banker Hearthside is a go-to person and additional support provider for you and your agent. The director follows the move from conception to closing. They are 100% accountable to your employer through the Relocation Management Company that is facilitating the move. Kellie is originally from Denver, Colorado where she was a licensed realtor and relocation manager. Kellie relocated to Bucks County over 20 years ago, where she now resides with her husband and son. In 2005, she received her Pennsylvania real estate license and worked in a variety of real estate service roles. Kellie joined Coldwell Banker Hearthside as a relocation manager in 2006. Currently, Kellie has numerous designations, including Global Mobility Specialist, Certified Negotiation Expert, At Home with Diversity and numerous Corporate specialist certifications. She is a member of PARC Philadelphia Area Relocation Council, RDC Relocation Director Council and is a member of the Employee Relocation Council. Tracey holds a Pennsylvania real estate license and now has many years of relocation experience. Tracey grew up in Hunterdon, New Jersey, but is now a Pennsylvania girl.
