A little bit about myself, I was born and raised in Huntingdon Valley. I graduated from the University of Delaware. Moved to New York City, where I worked in the fashion industry for 10+ years before starting my own clothing line. I sold my clothing brand in retail stores nationwide, online, and on Amazon. After moving back to Philadelphia, I opened retail clothing stores in Philadelphia, Chestnut Hill, Ardmore, Hatboro, and Avalon, NJ. While in New York, I also became interested in real estate. I took real estate classes, followed the market, and had many close friends who worked in real estate. I loved the process of purchasing my first condominium in New York. I also enjoyed searching, finding, and negotiating new store locations and leases.
After a long and fulfilling career in fashion, following covid I decided it was time for a change. I had two young children and started working in property management. My husband also has worked in commercial real estate for 20 years, and I loved the idea of being able to work together. After working in single-family and multifamily property management, the next logical step would be transitioning to residential real estate sales. One of the things I missed most about having my retail stores was meeting new people, working with them to help find out their likes/dislikes, and learning about them. Now I can do this again, helping people find their perfect home.
My husband and I decided to get our real estate licenses together so we could work as a team. I believe my time in design and working so closely with people has translated well into real estate. Being able to see the possibilities of properties through interior and exterior design has been beneficial. That, combined with my husband's financial background and extensive career in commercial real estate, makes us the perfect team.
