Chris and the team at Coldwell Banker Hearthside took great care of us in both the process of selling our old home and buying a new home. Chris was able to use his knowledge of both the Lehigh Valley area and of the other realtors working in our buying and selling process to guide us on when to push back and ask for more. He allowed us the space to get frustrated at times, but always kept things professional. He was extremely responsive, quick with a text message or phone call when we needed one, and he shared regular and honest updates on the sale of our home so we always knew what was encouraging interest.
We also trusted Chris to help us find a home that met the needs of our growing daughter and he went above and beyond. His guidance on what to prioritize when reviewing the inspection report and how that needed to inform our offer process was very helpful. He helped us negotiate a sale price under list, which allowed us to purchase a home that should meet our needs for years to come. I know we will be very happy in our new home!

We met Dustin on a Sunday morning of 4th of July weekend. That fact alone spoke volumes to us. We looked at this house on a whim. We weren't even looking to buy. We told him this. He spent time with us that morning chatting with us about the house. When we decided that maybe we should be have us multiple names of reputable mortgage lenders in the area, suggesting that we speak with both. It took a few weeks for us to get our ducks in row. By early August we were moving quickly with Dustin helping us every single step of the way. He was always available. When he went on vacation he set us up with a colleague so that we could see houses. He was texting us the whole weekend! When we wanted to put an offer in he went to see it and advised us that it was not a good property. He pointed out things to us that we didn't know to look for. When we did find the home we wanted, he made suggestions that put us in the best position to get the house. We had settlement yesterday!! Every step of the way Dustin has provided insight, valuable advise and a never ending supply of hope when we started thinking we would never find the right home. I've had friends and family buy houses and they are always saying how stressful it is. We did not have that experience with Dustin. We highly recommend him!!

As a first-time homebuyer, I was stressed, nervous, and admittedly not very knowledgeable about the process. From the very beginning, Krystal made everything so much easier. I decided to buy a house to move my ailing parents in with me. I found the perfect house on Zillow and was very quickly contacted by Adam. To say he was a joy to work with is an understatement. Adam was very knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions I had. If he didnt know the answer he quickly found out and called me back. Buying a house can be stressful but Adam was there with me every step of the way. I started out with a realtor and ended up with a friend. Dustin Coughlin is who you want by your side. We’ve bought homes before. We’ve worked with agents before. And honestly, we’ve had more bad experiences than good—so when Zillow randomly paired us with an agent for a showing, we weren’t expecting much. But then we met Dustin Coughlin. From the moment he confirmed our first appointment, something felt different. He was thoughtful, responsive, and professional. Still, we were cautious. We’re not the easiest clients—my wife and I have high standards, opposite schedules, and we ask a lot of questions. But Dustin never flinched. At that very first showing, he answered every question with patience and care, and by the time we got back in the car, we looked at each other and agreed: Not the house for us… but definitely the agent. What followed was a journey—over what felt like 100 showings across the Lehigh Valley, seeing some homes multiple times, making five offers before one was finally accepted. There were days of disappointment, long nights filled with uncertainty, and last-minute decisions that had to be made quickly. Through it all, Dustin was there.
