I have known Dana for a long time, long before she was my realtor. She is professional, hard-working, and very friendly. Even though it was not my first time buying a house, she made sure to explain everything in detail, she warned me about any potential hazards or things I should look out for, and she dealt professionally with all mortgage people and inspectors. There were a lot of questions back and forth between the seller and I, but Dana was always responsive any day at all and times to make sure every question was answered. I would highly recommend Dana!

Dana Molfetto is a "saint". She took on more problems with the "short sale" of our home and handled every challenge with a "smile". She kept everyone calm and put all the pieces together. She made us feel comfortable during the entire process. She kept us informed and updated on everything. After 10 months on the market, our house was sold. The buyer was ecstatic and we as the sellers were more than ecstatic. She came to settlement with her wonderful "smile" and great attitude. I would/have recommended Dana to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She's the best!!

Dana Molfetto was great in helping us find our new home. My husband and I had very different ideas of our house wants and needs. Most realtors would have given up or become frustrated. Dana was able to take the little ground we agreed on to find us the house that worked for us both. She must have a degree in couples counseling! She was on top of every detail through the purchase of our new house and sale of our old house. She was also great with our kids. When we needed to step aside and discuss details, she was great in keeping the kids from climbing the walls.

My husband and I were thrilled to be able to work with Dana Molfetto when purchasing our first home and she made the at times stressful process enjoyable. As first time buyers, she helped to educate us about homes, the market in our area, and the type of loan that worked best for our needs. We were picky at times but Dana was always positive and worked very hard to find listings that met our needs. We dealt with a difficult mortgage company unrelated to Dana's company that gave us many troubles but Dana stood up for us, dealt with the challenges and worked to ensure that we were able to purchase the home of our dreams.
