David is a lifelong resident of both Bucks and Montgomery Counties, with the majority of his life spent living and working in Bucks County. For the past eight years, he has called Lansdale home, where he lives with his wife Kristen and their two teenage children.

At the age of 12, David began working alongside his stepfather in construction during the summers—a formative experience that sparked a lifelong passion for building and remodeling. Over the past 30 years, he has worked in hundreds of homes, gaining deep insight into home design, quality craftsmanship, and the unique potential of each property. This experience, combined with his natural attention to detail and strong leadership skills, has helped David become a top-performing manager and sales professional in the industry. He brings a wealth of knowledge to his clients, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable buying or selling experience.

An Eagle Scout and current Scoutmaster for his children's troop, David enjoys spending his free time outdoors, camping, and seeking new adventures. He is also an avid scuba diver, reader, and fitness enthusiast.
