We've been in our home for 20 years and things have changed since then. This process is overwhelming and there are so many realtors. After looking at our neighborhood Facebook page, I contacted a few realtors to interview to see who would be a good fit. Sherry Lamelza was so nice and had so much knowledge and confidence. But let me take a step back to say that when I initially reached out to her, she was on vacation and still responded to me quickly. That was not a tease by any means. For the last five months, she was always quick to respond when we had any questions. I feel that she truly represented us as the seller. I would highly recommend Sherry.

Sherry Lamelza at Coldwell Banker Hearthside was awesome! Extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and available practically 24/7. There’s a reason she’s at the top of her field….she produces for her clients! Wouldn’t go anywhere else if you’re selling within 30+ miles if Doylestown.

Sherry was recommended to us by Rocket Mortgage, and right from the beginning she went the extra mile, especially since we were in Utah looking for a home long-distance! She responded immediately to all our questions. She showed us multiple homes in person and by FaceTime. She guided us through three different offers, offering us Excellent strategies that carried us to a successful buy in time to get grandkids into school in PA. Thank you so much for making this home buying experience as stress free as possible. Thankfully you gave us such good advice on questions to ask the seller (things we never even thought of). She calmed my nerves many times as we are first time homebuyers. The Closing was so organized and Sherry explained everything and answered all our questions.

Sherry did an amazing job assisting us with the purchase of our new home in Doylestown. She was easy to work with, pleasant, and calm throughout the entire process, always there to reassure us that when it was the right house, things would fall in place (she was right)! Her knowledge of the local area was incredibly valuable to our family of 6, relocating from out of state. Sherry is by far one of the best agents we have worked with and will definitely recommend her to our friends and family as well as use her again should we need her as a seller or buyer agent.

What a delightful lady. We explained what we were looking for and she was right on the ball. She made sure that she was first to get the information on a house we looking for in the over 55 community. She was always available and always came to us before we would go to her. Sherry was most professional realtor I ever met. She was there the whole time while we traveled. Her knowledge in this business was outstanding. We bought 2 houses and sold our house. She appeared at settlement without us and painlessly did all the paperwork. Sherry Lamelza was instrumental in the purchase of my new home in Doylestown. Very personable, friendly, honest and forthright. Her knowledge of the area and the criteria we gave her was spot on in finding our new home. If you are looking for someone to go above and beyond for you, to genuinely enjoy the time you spend together she is the Realtor for you. In fact we had a car malfunction and spent about 45 minutes on the side of the road with my two dogs in the car. It turned out to be a great afternoon of getting to know each other. She was also very patient with me as i wanted to see way more homes than it typically takes to find the 'one'. I Would recommend Sherry to anyone buying or selling a home. I am happy to be able to call her a friend now and would use her for our next buying or selling process.

She knew how nervous we were to have two mortgages. She listed the house and within days we had a signed contract.
