We used Ned to sell our parents home in Horsham, PA in January 2015. He did a great job setting up the real estate listing, with good pictures showing the home favorably and adding a great write up that really helped to sell the positives of the home. Another key thing Ned did for us was to keep things calm. Sometime potential buyers ask for too much and buyers realtors can be completely unrealistic. Ned kept us all based and was able to push through our sale even though we had to deal with a very difficult buyer and buyers realtor. Without his help we never would have made the sale we did.

Mr. Graham sold the property on 1840 W. Champlost St. in a timely manner. Pleased with the outcome of the sale of the property. I would recommend Mr. Graham to my friends and family.
