In 2019, I took the journey of learning about real estate through the lens of a realtor. After gaining this knowledge I realized there is so much valuable information that the average person is not aware of when it comes to purchasing a home. This began my personal mission to inform every individual that I encountered of the good news which is, they too can purchase a home.
Over the years I've spent time learning the ins and out of what it means to be a great realtor. I understand that a realtor doesn't only have the duty to open and close doors. A realtor also has a duty to do his best to find the perfect home, lot, mix use, apartment and etc. for their client ensuring that happy ever ending story.
Serving Philadelphia and the surrounding counties, I specialize in the first-time home buying process. I have found a true love in helping individuals start and complete the journey of purchasing their first ever home, be it explaining the process from preapproval to settlement, including inspections and negotiations, to everyone's favorite, securing grants. I have a passion to see everyone who has ever dreamed of becoming a homeowner and or investor turn it into a reality.

There are three things that plague a potential home buyer, lack of knowledge on the home buying process, lack of credit, and or the lack of funds.
