Karen Gibson was amazing and went above and beyond expectations. The buyer, in our case, was extremely difficult regarding repairs and other items required for settlement. Karen stayed on top of each and every action and saw them through to successful completion. Karen was a Pit Bull, she never backed down and kept her focus on the sale of our home and charged towards that end. There were many road blocks and speed bumps along the way, but Karen's experience and professionalism were impeccable and we were able to close on the sale of the home on schedule. Karen also assisted with the Use and Occupancy Certification required by the Township, and even though last minute, we received it in time for settlement due to her can do attitude. I highly recommend Karen for all of your real estate needs.

Karen came to us in the midst of a very difficult situation. We needed to find housing within less than two months. Within an hour of talking to her she had set up a personal website for us to view houses that met our requirements. She promptly answered any questions or concerns that we had, and within 13 days of our initial phone call we were signing an agreement. She made sure to make herself available to us anytime we needed her. She advocated for us and ultimately found us the perfect next home. Karen is professional and truly emulates what integrity means.

Our first meeting with Karen Gibson was a coincidence! She was stepping in to show a property on behalf of another agent and we instantly felt like we could trust her to represent us. Karen is an excellent communicator. She was always willing to hop on a call with us to explain aspects of the purchase that we did not understand and made us feel comfortable with making the investment we did. We really couldn't have asked for a better agent. I received a glowing recommendation regarding Karen Gibson from a trusted friend who had recently used Karen as her agent. I wanted to interview two agents to compare how they suggested marketing my home. Both agents made a good impression, but there was something special about Karen. I felt she and I thought alike regarding selling the house which I had lived in and loved for 53 years. The contracts and forms can be confusing, but Karen explained every detail in language I could understand. She also helped me in so many ways. She was there for me every step of the way. Because of my circumstances, I thought I had missed the whole buying boom. You can imagine my surprise and delight when Karen called to tell me I had gotten an offer the same day my house had gone online. The other good news was that there were more offers too, so I could choose the best one. Karen came to talk to me personally, and we discussed all the pros and cons, so I felt I had all the information I needed to make the right decision. Karen Gibson was so knowledgeable, professional and communicated well, helping me understand the legalities of the sale. Tracking local sales, she priced my home appropriately, so it sold in three days. She coached me through the entire process. When there was a 'bump in the road,' she resolved it before sharing it with me. I highly recommend Karen, especially personally as a widow going through this sale making decisions on my own.

Karen Gibson was referred by a family member,
but I picked her once I realized her knowledge of the market and she presented an excellent marketing plan. Her advice for staging the house was spot on.
I was located in another state and selling the house as an Estate sale. Karen was on top of every detail. Her advice regarding getting the house ready for sale was perfect. She recommended I accentuate the light coming into the house as a selling point. The buyer literally told me he at close that he bought the house because of how light and bright it was inside.

Karen has been working with us for several years. She initially assisted us with leasing a rental property at price below the average rental cost for the area. She was very friendly and kept us updated on her efforts and provided us with the pros and cons of particular areas and properties before we landed on our lease. When we decided to purchase a home after a two year lease, Karen was the first person we thought of and contacted. As usually she remembered and was happy to hear from her previous clients and eager to assist with our needs. She provided many leads and scheduled property visits that met our schedules. However, the market quickly changed due to COVID-19, but Karen continued to find options and provided us with pros and cons of the properties. We did thorough walk -throughs of the homes, and she advised if making an offer was a good idea or not. She worked late to get last minute offers in on time and kept us updated. There were many competing buyers (cask buyers) who made it difficult for being selected by sellers, but Karen continued her hard search. During the home buying process we felt completely satisfied and at ease that Karen had our best interest in mind by her efforts, personality and honesty. We are happy that we have now settled on our home, thanks to Karen's efforts. However, during the settlement period, we actually missed Karen as we had considered her part of the family after spending so much time looking at homes, or the phone discussing options, offers and strategies. She did, make herself available upon request and assisted with answering our questions about the entire closing process.
I would recommend Karen to any buyer or seller who want a genuine person working on their behalf.

Karen is a friend and did a great job in selling our daughters home in Newtown.
We have known Karen for several years and when she was able to present our daughter's home for one weekend and have offers to exceed the asking price, we were confident that she could advertise our home in a good way and get the asking price quickly. Over 25 people (home buyers) viewed the home in a four day period and at least 3 offers were made with the 3rd offer being for the asking price. We were informed throughout the process when the offers were made and good advice on which offer to accept.
Honesty and friendliness, along with hard work, are essential to consider in choosing a realtor to get a your house sold in a timely manner.
