Lisa Evcic-Amicone demonstrated that she is patient, professional, and unafraid to give good advice. The house we inherited required much investment to sell at a profit. Lisa advised which improvements we were considering would make a profitable difference and which would not. Lisa's knowledge of the complex rules governing local real estate licensing and occupancy guided us to word the conditions of the sale effectively and prevented us from being required to make additional expensive improvements to the property.
Her years of experience meant we were guided by her deep understanding of the local market.
Lisa's pricing strategy turned out to be right on the money. The week we put the house on the market, we received four bids, each one above the asking price. We then required the parties to submit their best and final bids and took the best one.
Our thanks to Lisa for patiently working with us for the year it took to get all of the court and bank approvals and then the time to make all of the appropriate repairs. It is hard to imagine that any realtor could improve on LIsa's expertise and service. Thank you Lisa!

Lisa did an outstanding job helping us find out first home. Since we were first time homebuyers we didn't know much about the process. Lisa was knowledgeable and able to answer every question. Everyone else told me how stressful it was buying a home but Lisa made it so easy for us. She stuck with us as we were navigating this difficult market. She was always available when we needed her. We looked at many homes before finding our home. And she really fought for us to get our home. There were multiple offers on our home and she made sure that our offer was competitive. We wouldn't have been able to find our home without her! I highly recommend. When we do move again, we will definitely have Lisa as our agent/broker (listing and buying).

We moved long distance and were not living full-time in the house during showings, and Lisa made sure that it was as stress-free as possible for us. Found Lisa through mychase agent express, where she was highly regarded. She knew the local market very well and had a lot of valuable knowledge in regards to certain municipalities which helped us decide what areas we wanted to look and also avoid. She is extremely responsive and always made sure we got to see the houses we requested. She was also extremely respectful when we did not like a property and did not push us to put an offer in unless we really liked the place. We were able to get the first house we placed an offer on so we couldnt be happier with our decision to have Lisa as our agent!
