Lydia Vessels made the effort right away to understand what kind of property I was looking for, and where I would be most comfortable and at home. I had contacted her initially to ask about a listed property that I thought might be OK, but we talked a bit and she soon suggested several listings in another complex which would be more to my liking. We visited a few, of varying quality and condition, and in the course of our conversation, it became quite clear which was just right for me. And it all followed smoothly after that. It also made a big difference that Lydia encouraged me to think seriously about a place in this complex, despite their no-dogs policy, because, she said, my dog has an Emotional Support Animal letter, and that would be accepted by the management company--and it was!

Lydia is great. She was the realtor who was the listing agent when we made an offer on our house and it was accepted. 4 1/2 years later and we decided to move back to New Jersey. Lydia did such a great job when we purchased our house, that we went back to her to see if she'd help us sell it. And, despite the fact that we were an hour apart, she made it work in every way. She knows what she's doing, she knows what needs to be done, and she sees everything thru. We would highly recommend her to anyone selling their house, she will make it work for you. We have now moved to New Jersey, and given that we plan on staying in the home we're in forever, it's not likely that Lydia and us will cross paths again. But rest assured, if they did, she'd be the first one we went to if we needed to sell a house.

She was flexible and adjusted to what I was seeking, which wasn't necessarily clear to me let alone to her at the outset. But she also offered her expertise about locations. Not only was she able to point out advantages and disadvantages, but she gave me background on the areas and even tax information. I am a buyer from out-of-state who had limited information on Pennsylvania's property/school taxes and she was guided me there as well.
She was professional and prepared. In addition to verbal interaction Lydia had the paperwork not only for locations, but she also made the settlement very easy.
She made herself available to me at odd hours. She's not a doctor on call, so I was pleasantly surprised when she got back to me immediately in the evening or on the weekend.
