Peck Beach is a relaxing stretch of sand in Ocean City, New Jersey, butting up against a residential neighborhood. The area was most likely named after a whaler with the same name, John Peck.

Discovery Seashell MuseumThis tiny museum has become a local landmark in Ocean City, with a history of over 50 years and counting. Bring the kids to see countless seashells, fish, and a giant shark’s jaw, or pick up a shark tooth necklace as a souvenir.
